ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Adam R Jacobson is the publisher of Hispanic Market Overview, an independently produced annual White Paper that provides multicultural marketing and advertising professionals key information and fresh reports on what is driving the industry.
In addition to the annual Hispanic Market Overview report, launched in 2010, quarterly HMO reports offer
specialized reviews of key topics of key importance to Hispanic market professionals. The 2017 Hispanic Social Marketing Report is the first of its kind, and joins the Hispanic TV Upfront Report and the Hispanic CMO Thought Leaders report.
Jacobson also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Radio + Television Business Report, a daily online business journal published each afternoon. He has held this role since August 2016.
Jacobson’s extensive career includes roles as a Multicultural Analyst for Mintel, as the Principal Analyst for the Hispanic Radio Today annual report, and as a corporate sales and marketing consultant for Adelante Media Group and Davidson Media Group. He has also served as an editor at Hispanic Market Weekly and Radio & Records, and as a social media and communications specialist working in key donor development for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Southern Florida Chapter.
Jacobson is an accomplished marathoner and recreational hiker, music lover, and has been fluent in Spanish since age 16, when he studied in Madrid while enrolled in a cultural immersion program administered through Universidades Complutense.
