We saw the spot while tuned to Un Nuevo Día on Telemundo and we were just in stiches. It’s just a great and funny spot and one of the best creative works we’ve seen in a while.
That said, is there a brand outside of your industry that you believe is making a strong connection with Hispanic consumers?
I really admire Marc Pritchard’s marketing philosophy as the Chief Brand Officer at P&G.
Brands can serve for a greater social purpose while at the same time delivering business results. The saying of “We’re not leaving anyone in the operating room” suddenly doesn’t apply when marketers use Brands to impact social change, for good.
How are you evolving your traditional media messaging along with your digital efforts?
We are allocating more of our budgets, both media and production to digital following the increase in time consumers spend in the social and
digital space. Creating online videos and social content are two areas that we are evolving to be more contextually relevant to the user experience in these platforms.
Who’s your favorite superhero?
As a kid, growing up in suburbs of Los Angeles, I always loved Yoda, the Jedi Master from Star Wars. He is 800+ years of old and can still kick @$$ with a light saber!
